Effective and last updated: September 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Signature Web Studio (“Signature Web Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit signaturewebstudio.site or submit a request for a website quote, audit, or consultation.

This policy applies to the signaturewebstudio.site website and its forms. Third-party services and websites have their own privacy practices.

1. Who we are

This site is operated for Signature Web Studio, a website-design business serving customers in the United States.

Signature Web Studio
110 E Houston Street, 7th Floor #35
San Antonio, TX 78205, USA

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit the quote form, we collect the information needed to understand and respond to your request:

  • Contact information: name, business name, email address, and phone number.
  • Project information: the service you need, project type, budget range, current website address, optional message, and the button or section where you opened the form.
  • Lead administration and technical information: submission time, a random lead reference, delivery status, public IP address, IP-based country, state/region and city, device category, browser, and operating system.
Please do not submit sensitive information. Do not place passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or confidential client data in the message field.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting environment may create standard server and security logs containing an IP address, date and time, requested page, browser or device information, and error or security events. When you submit a lead form, we attach your public IP address, approximate country, state/region and city derived from that IP, device category, browser, and operating system to the lead. The form also records the landing page path and referring page path without their query strings. IP-based location is approximate and may be inaccurate, especially when a VPN, proxy, mobile network, or corporate network is used.

If present in the landing URL, we collect allowlisted advertising and campaign values—GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, and UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content—to understand which campaign led to a request. We do not intentionally place contact details in those values.

Information we do not request

This site does not request payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or precise location data. It does not create a public user account.

3. How we use information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • to respond to a quote, audit, or consultation request;
  • to assess requirements and prepare a recommendation or estimate;
  • to communicate by phone or email about the request you made;
  • to operate, secure, debug, and prevent abuse of the site and form;
  • to understand the general location and technical context of a lead and identify suspicious or automated submissions;
  • to preserve campaign attribution and, with permission, measure site and advertising performance;
  • to maintain appropriate business records and comply with law; and
  • to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Submitting the quote form does not enroll you in recurring marketing text messages or automated telemarketing. If we later ask for a separate marketing permission, that choice will be presented separately.

4. Cookies, browser storage, and Google measurement

We separate the technology needed to operate the form from optional measurement. The footer’s control lets you review or change your optional measurement choice.

TechnologyPurposeTypical duration
PHP session cookieCSRF protection, temporary form state, rate limiting, and one-time conversion handling.Browser session and server-side session expiry.
Consent preference in local storageRemembers whether you selected optional measurement or essential-only use.Until you clear site data or change the choice.
Campaign values in session storageWhen optional measurement is accepted, preserves allowlisted click IDs and UTM values for the current browser tab.Current tab/session.
Google Analytics / Google Ads storageWhen configured and accepted, measures visits, interactions, campaign attribution, and conversions.Depends on Google configuration and your browser controls.
Tawk.to live-chat storageLoads after visitor interaction or a short delay to provide the chat widget, remember chat state, and route messages to our support team.Depends on Tawk.to settings, the conversation, and your browser controls.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

When Google measurement identifiers are configured, we ask permission before loading the Google tag. If you accept, Google may receive online identifiers and ordinary technical information such as IP address, device/browser data, page path, referring source, campaign values, and interaction or conversion events. We may send non-contact event details such as CTA location, requested service category, budget range, and form step.

We do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, or free-text message through standard Google Analytics or Google Ads events. This implementation keeps ad-personalization signals denied and is intended for analytics and conversion measurement, not remarketing. We will update this policy and the available controls before enabling materially different advertising uses.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, review Google’s Business Data Responsibility information, or visit My Ad Center.

Tawk.to live chat

We load the Tawk.to chat widget after visitor interaction or a short delay so live support remains available without slowing the initial page display. Tawk.to may receive ordinary technical data such as your IP address, device/browser information, page path, and chat-session identifiers. If you start a chat, it also processes the messages and any contact details you choose to provide so our team can respond. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive data through chat. Tawk.to processes this information as our live-chat service provider under its Privacy Policy.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no uniform standard for interpreting it, this site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can use Cookie Choices to keep optional Google measurement disabled.

5. How we disclose information

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Business personnel: authorized Signature Web Studio personnel who review and respond to requests.
  • Hosting and security providers: providers that serve the site, maintain server logs, or help protect it.
  • Email providers: mail transport and inbox providers used to deliver and store a request.
  • IP geolocation provider: ipapi.co receives the submitting public IP address so we can obtain an approximate country, state/region, and city for the lead. See the ipapi.co Privacy Policy.
  • Content-delivery providers: jsDelivr serves the Bootstrap library and receives ordinary request metadata needed to deliver those files.
  • Measurement providers: Google Analytics and Google Ads, only when configured and allowed through Cookie Choices.
  • Live-chat provider: Tawk.to, which supplies the default chat widget and processes information you provide through chat.
  • Legal and safety recipients: authorities, advisers, or other recipients when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and the service.
  • Business transactions: a successor or adviser involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell contact information submitted through the quote form for money, and we do not give it to another company for that company’s unrelated direct marketing. Some privacy laws may define disclosure of online identifiers to an advertising measurement provider as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can keep that optional disclosure off by choosing Essential only.

6. Retention and security

Retention

We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to a request, maintaining business and security records, and meeting legal obligations. Retention varies by record type, whether a request becomes a customer relationship, and whether information is needed for accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably required.

Quote details are ordinarily delivered to our business email. If email delivery is temporarily unavailable, the site may place the request in a server-side fallback file outside the public web directory so it can be recovered and delivered. Browser session storage ends with the tab/session; provider-managed records follow the provider’s applicable settings and retention terms.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. These include HTTPS for the public site, secure session settings, server-side validation, CSRF protection, spam controls, access restrictions, and storage outside or blocked from the public web directory. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You can decline optional Google measurement, reopen Cookie Choices at any time, clear stored site data through your browser, and choose not to submit optional form fields or start a live chat. Changing a cookie choice stops future optional Google measurement on this browser but does not automatically erase information already processed.

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to:

  • request access to or confirmation of personal information we process;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • obtain a portable copy;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable;
  • withdraw consent for future processing based on consent; and
  • appeal a decision on a privacy request where applicable.

To submit a request, email info@signaturewebstudio.site with “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line, or write to the postal address above. Tell us the right you want to exercise and the information needed to locate your record. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

This business-to-business site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information.
